Where is the UN Headquarters Department for Disarmament Affairs (DDA) located?
Bill Godnick was appointed Public Security Coordinator at UN-LiREC and will assume his functions on 01 June 2009.
Bill will greatly contribute to the Centre’s assistance to Latin American and Caribbean Member States by expanding our capabilities to act as a catalyst and to mobilize governmental representatives, international organizations, civil society and other interested actors to focus on public security-related issues that affect the lives of individuals in the region on a daily basis. With Bill’s help, the Centre will continue to advance on key issues that generate impact, make a difference and contribute to our collective efforts in pro of peace, disarmament and development in the region.
